Norton 360 Sandown Challenge

The 2009 Sandown round of the V8 Supercar championship has changed to an exciting 2-race sprint format, with a feature event onboth Saturday and Sunday. Fans are in for an action-packed weekend at one of the favourite circuits on the V8 calendar.

Crowds flock each year to view the fast and furious action from the cover of the grandstand or around the various grass viewing mounds at the northern and eastern parts of the circuit. The unpredictable Melbourne weather always adds an extra element to the event. 

Recent winners of this great race include Craig Lowndes, Mark Skaife, Jason Bright, and last year's champ Jamie Whincup.
